I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Equity Edge.
My account number is 366118, and I was supposed to receive my payout on the 25th of this month. Prior to the payout date, I repeatedly contacted their live chat support to confirm whether everything was in good standing for my payout request. Each time, I was clearly told that everything was fine and that I would be eligible to receive the payout without any issues.
Based on their confirmation, I even avoided trading for several days leading up to the payout date to ensure there would be no complications.
However, immediately after I submitted the payout request, my access to the live chat was removed from the platform, and I later received an email stating that my payout had been rejected due to an alleged “One-Sided Betting Policy” violation.
This was never previously raised as an issue while I was actively communicating with support before the payout date. The whole experience feels extremely unfair and unprofessional.
In my opinion, traders should be very cautious before investing their time and money here. My experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of both time and effort.

Their support is very good I had an issue logging in to my dashboard and Bright from equity edge support was able to help me out.

I liked the clear explanation and quick support from their CS executive called BRIGHT.
