They are not reliable and highly manipulative. I was denied payouts, and after several complaints to their customer support all was abortive. Don't waste your money and time with them. Don't use them.

I recorded myself showing them proof that I never shared my account with anyone and that my isp had dynamic ip. You know what they said? "We understand your position but our decision is final" Just like that they dealt with me. This has taken an emotional toll on me because of my situation and what was at stake, it is many many months later but it still stings and I had bought and failed so many accounts with them but they are so cruel.

When I tried to inquire about a fix via their official Discord group, instead of receiving a solution, I was removed (kicked) from the group without any clear explanation. This treatment is extremely unprofessional and seems to be covering up the problem.
