Funded Account Unfairly Denied Without Evidence

I completed all required steps and followed every rule, yet ThinkCapital denied my funded account by claiming “group hedging” without providing any verifiable or non‑confidential evidence.
Each time I requested clarification, they simply repeated vague statements about “proprietary algorithms” and refused to show anything concrete.
A professional company should be able to justify such a serious accusation, especially when it results in denying access to a funded account I legitimately earned.
The lack of transparency, the refusal to provide proof, and the overall handling of the situation make the service highly unreliable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ThinkCapital to anyone looking for a trustworthy funded account provider.

I just passed my phase 2 account on…

I just passed my phase 2 account on 5/1/26. As i waited for my funded account, i recieved an email stating my account was reset to phase 1 due to me breachihng the rules. The chat support said that they are a different team and i must repsond to the email saing my account was reset. The reason for my reset was as follows: "Following our previous warning regarding your trading activity, we regret to inform you that a recent review of your account has revealed additional trading patterns that align with gambling, punting, or one-sided betting." There was no description of the proof of my wrong. These ppl i thought were good, but maybe I was wrong.
